Blog 6--writing self reflection

  In fact, I'm not a very good chinese writer. I used to write paper for getting good grades in the exams according to all sorts of ways were taught by my chinese teacher. First, my teacher always asked us to read more famous books to improve writing skills and keep in memory with beautiful sentences. Then, we will practice more to make our essays better and better. However, the real feelings in the essay is the most important point. Because readers always are touched by the real feelings in the life. Regardless, touching paper without beautiful sentences also can attract readers. I'm not good at writing english paper. When I wrote the summaries before, I found that I need to take the time to organize sentences and look for some unknow words. However, I improved my organization sentences capacity and vocabulary after several weeks. Although just improved a little, I have made a progress.

  Writing the digital story script is interesting, because we will combine music, picture and words to make a different digital story from any paper we wrote in China. Despite we edited again and again, but our paper become better and better including classmates' comments. After having ESL class, I know how to cite the resource and how to avoid plagiarism. Because of educational background, know more about plagiarism is useful for my paper. Otherwise, I will always make mistakes for my writing style in China. So, I will pay attention to my paper to avoid plagiarism and improve my paper.
